After almost 2 years of managing our front-line support, James is leaving Toolkit Websites as of January 2nd.
We can’t thank James enough for everything he’s done in his role of Client Care.
He’s reshaped the position and made huge improvements across our website & general client processes.
We wouldn’t have achieved or received the 5 star reviews we have this year without him!
We know a large number of clients will miss working with him; however, Taylor, Emily and I will be here for anything and everything until his replacement is confirmed.
