Welcome to Toolkit Websites Amber!
We are delighted to welcome Amber, our new Client Care representative, to our Chichester Team.
I asked Amber a few questions on her first day at Toolkit to get an idea of how she was feeling and what areas of the role she was looking forward to doing. Amber comes in to the team replacing James, who had a fantastic 2 years with us and we can't wait to see how she settles in to life at Toolkit Websites.
She will be the voice you hear if you call us and the first responder to any emails or SMS sent to our support line.
Toolkit: What motivated you to Join Toolkit Websites and get into the Web Design Industry?
I joined Toolkit Websites because I really enjoy helping businesses grow, especially those that genuinely care about their customers. In client care, I get to connect with people, understand what they need, and make sure they feel supported throughout the whole web design process.
Toolkit: Can you share a bit about your background in customer services and client care?
I previously worked as a GP receptionist, where I dealt with patients every day and supported them in sometimes stressful situations. It taught me how to communicate clearly, stay organised, and genuinely listen to people. These are skills I now use to make sure clients feel supported and looked after.
Toolkit: What excites you most about joining our team?
What excites me most about joining the team is being part of a supportive and driven group that genuinely cares about its clients. I’m excited to contribute in client care, build strong relationships, and play a part in helping businesses grow through great websites.
Toolkit: In what ways do you see yourself contributing to the overall success of our Toolkit team?
I see myself contributing by making sure clients feel supported, heard and confident throughout the whole process. In client care, I’ll help keep communication clear, positive and help make sure everything can run as smoothly as possible.
Toolkit: How do you plan to stay motivated and challenge yourself as you progress with us?
I plan to stay motivated by always looking for ways to improve and learn more about the industry. I enjoy setting small goals for myself and taking on new challenges when I can. As I grow with the team, I want to keep developing my skills and finding better ways to support our clients and the team.
Toolkit: How has your first day gone!?
My first day has been such a lovely experience! Everyone has been so welcoming and supportive, which made me feel comfortable straight away. It’s been a really positive start, and I’m even more excited to be part of the team and get properly stuck in.
Toolkit: How do you envision your role contributing to the company`s mission?
In client care, I aim to help bring the company’s mission to life by making sure every client feels supported and valued. A positive experience goes a long way in reflecting who we are as a team.
