To guarantee the referral reward is issued, this form must be submitted before the customer makes contact.
Rewards are issued once the referred friend has signed up.
We are unfortunately unable to issue referral rewards if this form is completed after the customer has made contact.
Toolkit Websites has the right to reject any referrals or requests and may cancel, change or amend the reward scheme at any time.
