Rackspace, thank you for everything, but it's OX's time to shine!
Aaaaand Breathe.
Over the past 5 weeks, we've been hard at work migrating all of our clients email services from our old Rackspace platform, over to our
new state of the art Open X-Change IMAP service
. We are sad to leave Rackspace, who have supported us brilliantly for over 2 decades, but the time came where we needed to upgrade things for our clients so moving to Open X-Change was a no brainer.
We're also delighted to say that all client mailboxes, folders and all inbox items were migrated successfully, with zero loss in email data across our entire client base.
This has been a big project for us and we understand the inconvenience it caused some of our clients, as moving email services can't be done remotely, it required users to update their devices and work with our support team to make sure everything was migrated correctly.

We are confident the new Open X-Change email service will provide our clients with a faster, more advanced and significantly more reliable service moving forwards but as ever, we'll be here if any clients want help or support with their new accounts & service.
