Our advanced Content Management System is protected by military grade encryption and uses the secure HTTPS authentication method with Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) for all communications. This means that updating your website is completely secure.
User Management
We will only speak with authorised users on your account and new users will be required to seek the permission of the Principal Contact in order to have access to our dedicated support team.

When we create a new website we ensure that all the contact forms on the site are protected from injection attacks, spam and robots. We employ advanced user detection to ensure that legitimate users are able to access websites as quickly and easily as possible, whilst keeping unwanted visitors away.
Secure Websites
We are in the process of launching a new HTTPS authentication method with Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) for all our clients. This will mean that our clients will be able to secure all communications on their websites using the latest military grade encryption. Please ask your Account Manager about our BETA test for this service.
Email Service
Our email mailboxes are built on top of the world leading Rackspace Email platform which uses the latest technologies to ensure that your email is secure. The webmail interface is protected by SSL encryption.
