This month's website of the month goes to Exchange Counselling. Exchange Counselling specialise in providing psychological support to children (4-11 yrs) and their families.
Colour Scheme
The website colour scheme is based around Exchange Counselling's existing branding, featuring a vibrant orange and contrasting dark blue.
Features
It was necessary to include detailed information about the services Exchange Counselling offer, but at the same time we wanted to keep the website quite visual and informal, balancing the text content with a selection of relevant images, which overlap with the text boxes.
The website also includes a 3rd part live chat feature and embedded videos, as well as their prominent 'Make a Referral' call to action.
Imagery
The images were selected to help reinforce the important information the website contains, and help to provide a positive 'feel' to the services Exchange Counselling offer.
Responsive Nature
The website passes Google's Mobile Friendly test so that people using any device can easily access the website.
