The alacrity of its staff, specifically Remko and Lanara, was great. I was amazed and impressed at the speed and energy. Lanara was wonderful to work with. She was always kind and understanding when I was very vague about our objective, she filled in the blanks and seemed to have infinite patience. She bent the rules to allow a smooth relationship between our directors and toolkit and has left a very positive impression of your company. It has been a pleasure working with you!

We found the service very good, quick at responding to emails and any dilemmas. The way that Toolkit explain each and every aspect of the website as you are creating it is great. If you need any changes they are more than happy to do this there and then.

Full marks go to everyone that I worked with from the beginning - Remko, David and Lanara. Everyone listened to what I asked for. They were patient with the fact that IT is not my field of expertise. They took me through each step methodically and sensitively - for that I am very thankful. I actually enjoyed the experience even though I was way out of my comfort zone at times! I would say the great thing is is how fast the process is. Updates are communicated with next steps at every stage. The fact that you can make unlimited changes is fantastic! The price is a very fair price for what you get and it is brilliant that you can update it yourself. Andy has been pretty patient with me and my many demands.

I can't think of any improvements needed. From the first call with Remko right through the website build with my project manager Lanara the service was excellent. Lanara supported and guided me through every step of my website design with clear instructions and unlimited design changes. I would highly recommend toolkit websites. First Class!!.
