Refund Policy

At Toolkit Websites we are committed to delivering our Passionate Service™ to every single one of our clients. We will do everything we can to ensure that you are delighted with your website and the service you receive from our dedicated team.

As part of our Passionate Service™ promise we offer a policy of unlimited design changes whilst we build your website. If you are not happy with the design of your website we will continue to offer you unlimited further designs until you are happy with the finished product.

We offer unlimited design changes, fast turnarounds, a robust complaints resolution service and a team dedicated to your website. Since we offer this unmatched high level of service we are unfortunately not able to offer refunds.

The relevant clauses concerning refunds are:

In clause 5.2: “For the avoidance of doubt the Setup Fee shall be non-refundable and shall not be returned to the Client in the event the Client changes their mind, wishes to discontinue with the development of the Website, or for any other reason.”

Also clause 5.5 states that “The Deposit shall be non-refundable.” and 17.3 states that “the Client shall not be entitled to receive, and no refund shall be made in respect of, any fees paid in advance by the Client to Toolkit Websites.”
