The Toolkit Websites 9 Step Web Design Process

There are just 9 steps involved when building and designing your new website with us. From discussing your requirements with our New Business Team, to refining your sites design, style and layout prior to getting it published and on the web.

We're here to help you through every step of creating your new website, and we aim to make the build process as easy as possible for you!

The 9 steps we take to build your website:

1. Get a Quote

Speak to our New Business Team who will discuss your requirements and put together a quote and package for you.

2. Speak to a Project Manager

Have a welcome call with your dedicated Project Manager to discuss the type of design and style you are looking for with your new website.

3. Design Process Begins!

We create a responsive first draft for your website within 3-5 working days, sometimes much faster! If it's included, we will design the first round of logo designs for you to review as well.

4. Website Domain

We can either register a brand new domain or work on transferring your existing domain/emails in to us.

5. Unlimited Changes

We discuss the logo and website first drafts and work on them until you're 100% happy!

6. Content

Once you're 100% happy with the design and style of your site we need all of your websites content so we can create all of your pages!

7. SEO & Mobile Responsive

Whilst building the site we ensure the pages we create are Google Friendly and built on our Mobile Responsive platform

8. Publication Time

Once you're 100% happy with the entire website, you sign off on the build and we run our final tests before publishing it on to your domain.

9. Website Training

We will book you in for a free (and unlimited) training session and show you how to manage your site moving forwards.
