Marcus Green travels to South Africa

Marcus Green recently embarked on a life changing adventure. Travelling away from the home of Toolkit Websites in Southampton Marcus journeyed to South Africa. Working alongside non profit organisation Pride n’ Purpose, Marcus embarked on the admirable challenge of aiding the construction of a small orphanage for vulnerable children.

Pride n’ Purpose is a charity who aims to provide a better quality of life to communities living in Ulusaba and the surrounding area. Marcus helped install secure flooring and a rain guttering system, plant vegetable gardens, ensure there were cooking facilities, and even made a swing for the children to play!

On his return Marcus admits “it may not be everyone's idea of a relaxing break, it was very rewarding!”

The teams here at Toolkit are very glad to have Marcus back from his travels and look forward to hearing the many stories he has brought on his return!
