Website of the Week - Samphire, East Wittering

David Skinner set up Samphire, a restaurant in East Wittering with the goal of running a restaurant where the ingredients speak for themselves.

The menus use fresh locally sourced ingredients, with all the food being cooked to order to ensure the best tasting meals possible.

Samphire has a fabulous coastal location in East Wittering, West Sussex, and so David wanted the website to have a beach like feel.

Our design team took this brief and ran with it, putting together a design that incorporates boardwalk wood textures, rope effects and imagery of samphire, the seaweed that the restaurant is named for. The results are beautiful, and David is really pleased, especially as the Toolkit, our content management system is under pinning the website, and he'll be able to keep the menus up to date really easily.
