Copilot SupportFor those really difficult questions or complex issues, we use the Fog Creek Copliot Remote Access system. With your permission we're able to log into you computer and see exactly what you're looking at to help diagnose and cure the issue.
Ongoing Support and TrainingWe offer all our clients free over the phone training on how to use the Toolkit to keep their websites updated using the Copilot training. Simply contact your account manager to book a time!
We'll show you all the main features and answer any specific how to questions. Even better, we'll be controlling the mouse for you so you've got your hands free to make notes.
