Toolkit Websites Supports Clients Community Project

Reflections came to Toolkit Websites just over 2 years ago looking to promote their charity over the world wide web.

Toolkit Websites designed Reflection South West a website to their specification and were extremely pleased with the site created for them and the service they received.

"You can not improve, all your team have been great. You do not have to be a computer boffin to do this. The support is fantastic." Angela Downing

Reflections are community based social/activity day centres for people living with dementia.

Why Reflections choose Community Force

Reflections applied to Community Force along with hundreds of other local charities and projects to be put forward to win an award of £6,000 each, with the winners decided by public vote in the autumn which is where Reflections stand now.

Community Force offer more than making a financial contribution. They provide a platform for projects to raise awareness of their work, they will also provide their time, expertise and encouraging local people to volunteer their own time and talents to support the causes closest to their heart.

Why Vote for Reflections South West?

Dance/Music sessions for people with dementia, people who are lonely and isolated and their careers.

What does Reflections charity/project do?
Reflections is a Community Interest Company providing community support/activity sessions/ day care for people with dementia. All the people using our services adore music and dance. We want to provide these sessions in a community village hall in order to invite more people from the community to join in and have some fun.

How does Reflections charity/project support the local community?
Reflections provides a wide program of activity and support sessions which help people with dementia stay at home instead of being admitted to residential care.

How does Reflections plan to use the Community Force award for?
This award would be spent on hiring a village hall for a year, entertainers/musicians and helping towards the cost of two support workers.
